EDWARD J. LAKSO
                                                           (Producer and Writer — FORCE III)

  When it comes to action and adventure programs, Ed Lakso is one of the premier writers working in
television. The former writer-producer of 43 episodes of CHARLIE’S ANGELS, Lakso has also written
episodes of such shows as AIRWOLF, THE FALL GUY, SWITCH, DOCTOR KILDARE, LARAMIE, ADVENTURES IN PARADISE, MOD SQUAD and COMBAT, among others.
   Lakso’s diverse talents were apparent from his days as a UCLA student, where he sang opera, played jazz piano and sold his first film script for which he also wrote the music and co-starred as an actor. This led to a writing, producing and directing career in television and film for which he has over 400 credits.
                 
                                                                     
STANFORD BLUM
                                                                    (Producer — FORCE III)

  Producer Stanford Blum began his career in Baltimore, Maryland, directing TV broadcasts of Baltimore
Colts football games. He joined CBS Sports in 1964 and later began working at Universal Studios, where he produced and directed such hits as LAREDO, CHRYSLER THEATRE and others. Blum formed his own production company in 1968 and produced over 100 television commercials for major sponsors. He was an innovator in rock and roll videos, including videos featuring Joan Baez, Foreigner, Earth Wind and Fire, Stephen Bishop and Neil Diamond. Blum’s credits as producer or director include DICK CLARK’S ROCK AND ROLL YEARS, THE GRAMMY AWARDS, GUNSMOKE, ROY ORBISON LIVE AT THE COUNTRY CLUB, and WEEKEND HEROES, a half-hour syndicated series.
                 
                                    
                                            AVI ARAD
                                               (Creator and Supervising Producer — FORCE III)

  Avi Arad conceived the idea for FORCE III. A graduate of Hofstra University in New York, Arad began his
career working in the research and development department of Aurora Products, a division of Nabisco. In
1974, he began his own company and started developing situation comedies and action-adventure cartoon programs. Many of Arad’s fantasy concepts for television became successful toy products, like the popular  “Seeker Centipeed,” the “Rev-Um-Up Races,” “Switch Force,””Rough Rider Tri-Ex” and “Speed Shooter.” His accomplishments as an inventor of action toys include products he developed for companies such as LJN Toys, Matchbox, Ideal, Ertl, Buddy-L, Schaper, Panosh, CBS Toys, Coleco, Combi and, most recently, Galoob Toys.
                 

                                                                             
CHUCK BAIL
                                                                  (Pilot Director — FORCE III)

   Director Chuck Bail enjoys a reputation as a major action-adventure director. His credits for feature films include the action sequences in such hits as GETTING STRAIGHT, THE PURSUIT OF D.B. COOPER, FREEBIE & THE BEAN and THE STUNTMAN. His full feature credits as director include CHOKE CANYON, BLACK SAMPSON, CLEOPATRA JONES...THE CASINO OF GOLD and GUM BALL RALLY. He has directed episodes of television hits like KNIGHT RIDER, MANIMAL and CHIPS. A professional stuntman for over ten years, Bail was one of the founders of the Stuntman’s Association.

                                                              
F/M ENTERTAINMENT, INC.
                                                           
  This successful production company was formed in 1984, uniting the talents of two prominent film
executives in Los Angeles, Edward S. Feldman and Charles R. Meeker. Since its formation, the company
has produced the critically acclaimed hit film WITNESS, which was nominated for eight Academy Awards,
and THE GOLDEN CHILD, starring Eddie Murphy. Other feature productions include EXPLORERS, THE
HITCHER, THE KINDRED and NEAR DARK.
  Mr. Feldman, who serves as the CEO of the company, began his career in 1950 working in the advertising and publicity department of Twentieth Century Fox. He continued in the same area at Paramount Pictures Corp., Embassy Pictures and Seven Arts Productions, Ltd. He moved into production in 1967 when he became the executive assistant to the head of production for Warner Brothers-Seven Arts, Inc. and then went on to become head of motion picture production for Filmways, Inc.  His film production credits include SAVE THE TIGER, FUZZ, WHAT’S THE MATTER WITH HELEN?, THE OTHER SIDE OFTHE MOUNTAIN — PARTS ONE and TWO, TWO-MINUTE WARNING, THE LAST MARRIED COUPLE IN AMERICA and HOT DOG...THE MOVIE.
   His television production credits include VALENTINE, OBSESSED WITH A MARRIED WOMAN, NOT IN FRONT OF THE CHILDREN, CHARLES AND DIANA: A ROYAL LOVE STORY, 21 HOURS AT MUNICH and KING, the highly acclaimed mini-series. Mr. Meeker, F/M’s President, is a former partner with O’Melveny & Myers, a large California-based law firm. During his 17 years at the firm, he was a member of the entertainment industry department, involved with development, production, financing and distribution of motion pictures and television programs.
                 
                                                                       
THE SAUL GROUP

  The Saul Group, Inc., based in New York City, specializes in advertiser sales for children’s syndicated
television programs. The company is currently marketing media time for shows such as RAMBO,
CENTURIANS, FUNTASTIC WORLD OF HANNA BARBERA, THE JETSONS, JAYCE and THE WHEELED WARRIORS, ZOOBILEE ZOO and others, as well as the past successful show, VOLTRON.
The company is headed by Neil B. Saul, President. Mr. Saul has 26 years of experience in the toy
business. During his career, he has been in sales management and marketing, and he served as an
Executive Vice President and principal at Azrak Hamway International Inc. and Remco Toys. The Saul
Group also offers media buying services for several major toy companies.

                                                              
LEWIS GALOOB TOYS, INC.
        
  Lewis Galoob Toys, Inc., a California-based corporation formed in 1968, designs, develops, markets and distributes a wide variety of innovative toy products for children. Galoob products are sold throughout the world. The company has aggressively expanded and diversified its broad product line by obtaining new character licenses and by continuing to develop toys based on original ideas. Galoob has been actively involved in the development and production of FORCE Ill and will be the master toy licensee for the series.
